KOKS Staff

The staff at KOKS 89.5 Christian Radio strives to provide Southeast Missouri and Northeast Arkansas a variety of programs through preaching, teaching, and song that proclaim the truth about our Lord, Jesus Christ.  Gerald Woolverton is the Manager/President of Board; his wife, Lisa Woolverton, is the Program Director, Compliance Officer, Executive Secretary, Secretary of the Board. Joyce Fowler is a DJ. Assistant Secretary, Assistant Program Director;  Ron Fowler is Director on the Board, Chief of Operations, FCC Consultant, and  DJs at KOKS. Ron also provides the Ron Fowler Get Together Program and The Homespun Gospel Hour Program, and his wife Joyce is known at KOKS as the "Voice of Joyce." 

Our staff is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of sharing God's word with the community and surrounding communities. Jesus is King of KIngs! We are grateful for His guidance with running His Christian Radio Station.  We can do nothing, without Him.  We love him very much.  God is good all the time!

Ron Fowler

Disc Jockey, Chief of Operations, Board Director, FCC Consultant, Assistant Program Director, Program Host: Homespun Gospel Hour (Monday 6-7 pm). Ron became interested in radio during his junior year of high school.  After graduation from high school, Ron went to St. Louis Radio Broadcasting School where he earned his Federal Communication Radio Station operator license in 1977.  Ron has to his credit, several years of radio broadcasting experience.  Ron joined KOKS in 2018 for the "Home Spun" show.  After retirement in 2021, Ron became a boardmember, Chief of Operations, FCC Consultant and DJ for KOKS.

Joyce Fowler

Disc Jockey "The Voice of Joyce", Assistant Secretary. Joyce became a morning DJ on May 23, 2019 becomimg the "Voice of Joyce." Ron and Joyce have become a husband and wife team working together for the Lord.
